The Board maintains six standing committees to assist it in discharging its oversight responsibilities. The committees consist of Audit and Finance, Education, Executive Steering, Membership, Nominating and Governance, and Policy Advisory. Each committee performs its duties as assigned by the Board in accordance with the Society’s By-Laws and its charter.
